What’s Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)?

IMC is an approach to creating a unified, uninterrupted experience that a customer gets when interacting with a brand or organization. It aims to coordinate all marketing communications tools such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, social media, etc through their respective methods, tactics, means and activities, in order to act as a single force. It’s a process designed to ensure that all communication strategies are coherent across all channels and have the customer at their heart.
